ShippApp · Version 2 · Effective October 9, 2026

Office Staff Agreement

In plain English

  • You act for your carrier company on ShippApp. You can't see or change its money, tax or bank details.
  • Everything you do is recorded under your name. Your login is yours only.
  • Customers stay on ShippApp: don't take customers you see on ShippApp elsewhere or to another company — while you have access and for 24 months after. Your company is responsible too.
  • Keep it private: customer details and rates are confidential.

This summary is for convenience; the full text below is what applies.

When you sign, you confirm each of these separately

  • I act for my carrier company on ShippApp, and everything I do is recorded under my name.
  • I will not take customers I see on ShippApp elsewhere or to another company while I have access or for 24 months after.

1. This agreement

This Office Staff Agreement is between ShippApp LLC ("ShippApp") and you, a dispatcher or office employee given access to ShippApp by a carrier company ("your company"). It adds to the ShippApp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply.

2. Your access

You act for your company, which is responsible for what you do on the Platform. You work for your company, not ShippApp. Your access is personal: don't share your login. Your company or ShippApp may remove your access at any time. Everything you do is recorded under your own name.

3. Doing it right

Accept only loads your company can haul with its own drivers and equipment; never re-broker or hand a load to another company; assign qualified drivers; keep load information accurate; never falsify records or documents; and follow the Carrier Agreement your company signed.

4. Customers stay on ShippApp

While you have access and for 24 months after your access ends, you will not, directly or indirectly (including through another company, a business you start, or another platform, broker or dispatch service), offer, accept, book, broker or haul transportation for any shipper, receiver or other customer you learned of through ShippApp outside ShippApp, or encourage any of them to stop using ShippApp.

Example: you move to another trucking company. You may not call the shippers you saw on ShippApp to offer your new company's trucks.

There is no buy-out. Section 7 of the Terms applies, including liquidated damages for each customer of the greater of $5,000 or 35% of the gross freight revenue from that customer outside ShippApp during the restricted period, plus an injunction, attorneys' fees and costs. Your company is responsible to ShippApp for your breach too.

5. Confidentiality

Customer identities, contacts, rates, lanes and documents are confidential and may be used only for your company's ShippApp loads, during and after your access.
